Refund and Returns Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, complete and in its original packaging. Change-of-mind return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility unless required otherwise by law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund or another lawful remedy where appropriate.

Refunds are normally sent back to the original payment method after the returned item or evidence has been reviewed.
